Compare project requirements, not marketing labels
An RK3568 or A133 checkout project should begin with the transaction workflow and supported configuration. Confirm display, camera, scanner, printer, network, memory and software requirements before choosing a processor platform.
Build a comparable interface matrix
For each candidate board, request the exact model and PCB revision, connector definitions, display combinations, peripheral drivers and BSP baseline. Mark an unconfirmed feature as pending rather than assuming it from the processor family.
Qualification work
- Run the actual application and concurrent peripherals.
- Measure power, temperature and sustained response in the enclosure.
- Test failed transactions, printer faults and network reconnection.
- Confirm update signing, rollback and production-image control.
- Record the exact hardware/software versions with the acceptance result.
Manufacturing and procurement
Agree prototype scope, interface changes, software deliverables, revision control, applicable compliance evidence and support responsibility. Confirm MOQ, price, schedule and lifecycle terms in a written quotation or agreement. This comparison is a requirement checklist, not a performance claim for every RK3568 or A133 board.
